Integrative Wellness Panel

With everything that’s going on, it seems nearly impossible not to have moments of stress or anxiety. We’ve put together a panel to explore tools to cope, find grounding, be productive, plan, and move forward. This talk will cover a spectrum of areas of fulfillment including psychological, physical, financial, and spiritual with financial guide, Jessie Susannah aka Money Witch; acupuncturist/herbalist, Anna Lee of Mee Ra Rituals; psychiatrist, Milena Perkins; and Rebecca Farrar aka Wild Witch of the West.

Topics will include:

Anna Lee of Mee Ra Rituals

Anna Lee is a CA licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and aesthetician who has been practicing since 2004. She received a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicines and applied science degrees in both Medical Aesthetics and Clinical Massage from Saint Paul College.  She has since retired from massage therapy (and teaching yoga) to fully dedicate her skills to aesthetics, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and her own skincare line, Mee Ra Rituals. Milena Perkins

Milena Perkins is a psychiatrist living in San Francisco with her husband Vic Perkins, their pup Baguette, and cat, Chai. Although a Bay Area native, she recently moved from New York two years ago, where she spent her 20’s pursuing a career in mental health, and feeding her passion for all things design.  She hopes to continue growing her interest and knowledge in the psychology of interior design. Rebecca Farrar aka Wild Witch of the West

Rebecca M. Farrar, M.A., aka Wild Witch of the West, is an archetypal astrologer and wild woman living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work has been featured in Bustle, Astrology.com, Wanderlust Journal, and Elite Daily.  For more than a decade, Rebecca has offered down-to-Earth astrology readings focused on the asteroids, dwarf planets, soul-care, feminine archetypes, depth psychology, relationships, and life purpose. In 2013, she completed her M.A. in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness and her thesis titled “Stargazing: Re-enchantment Through Language” that combined linguistics, evolution of consciousness, and the human relationship to the cosmos.  When not staring at astrology transits, she can be found getting lost on a hiking trail, curled up with a good book, or “force” cuddling her kitty Freyja.
