BROOD

With model-worthy good looks, German-born designer Serkan Sarier has been gaining some serious attention from the fashion set since launching his label, BROOD in October 2010. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp (which counts individuals like Vincent van Gogh and Kris Van Assche as past alumni), worked under Emanuel Ungaro on couture collections, and has since spent time under the creative direction of Giambattista Valli, Haider Ackermann and Olivier Theyskens, before he ventured off on his own. Now, he counts Emma Watson and Rihanna as devoted clientele (among others), and Barneys New York picked up his first collection.
